Rae Assistant
Your document assistant. Everything stays on your phone.
Rae organizes bills, invoices, letters, tickets and scans saved on your phone. It reads the key data, finds a document from a few words and reminds you of due dates. Your documents never leave the phone: the app has no internet access.
What it does
- Organizes documents from your whole phone. Downloaded PDFs, document photos, scans and attachments go into one library by type, year and sender.
- Finds a document by words or by meaning. Ask "electricity bill from March" or "how much do I owe for the internet".
- Reads the key data: what the document is, what the sender wants, the amount, the due date and the account number. Copy any field with one tap.
- Keeps track of due dates. It creates tasks and reminders and adds events to your calendar after you confirm.
- Detects duplicates and helps free up space. Nothing is deleted without your consent.
- Sign, merge, convert. Sign a PDF with your finger, combine several photos into one PDF or turn a PDF into images.
- Rae, the assistant. An optional language model runs on your phone: it summarizes documents, translates them on request and follows plain-language commands.
Privacy without compromise
- The app has no internet permission.
- No accounts, no ads, no analytics.
- The language model runs on your phone's processor.
- Your files stay where they are. The app does not move or copy them without a reason.

Who it is for
Anyone with hundreds of documents on their phone who does not want to search for them. Rae also works on older phones: without the language model it organizes and searches documents in basic mode.
Questions
Do my documents go to the cloud? No. The app has no internet access and sends nothing.
Is the AI assistant required? No. You download the model from Google Play only if you want to talk to the assistant. Without it, the app organizes and searches your documents.
Does the app delete my files? Only after you confirm. Deleted files first go to the app's trash.
How much does it cost? The basic version is free. Full features come with a monthly subscription on Google Play, which you can cancel at any time.
